Ok......this is ONE of the projects I've been working on

I won this Kaisercraft album a couple of weeks ago and thought it would be ideal for my dear friend. She has just had her SIXTH child. What a legend!!!!!! So I have been going crazy trying to get this finished for her. It was her birthday on Monday just gone but I just haven't had the time over the last couple of weeks to even think about attempting to make this album for her.

Now I usually say that things dont take me long - but let me tell ya.............this one did!!!!!! I really enjoyed making it its just that sanding along takes time as you'd know yourself if you've ever covered albums with cardstock or patterned paper. I am usually a bit lazy and end up painting most of my albums. When I was looking for a colour scheme for this album I was thinking of the colours in Bernie's house and that is what inspired me.

The patterned paper is by Kaisercraft "Florentine Ribbons" which came out with all the christmas stuff. It can go either way though I reckon so I went with this and was so, so pleased!!! I'm even thinking of making something myself using this pp and the colours etc.

I have made a page with each childs initial and the back page I have left blank to add a family portrait when they get one done with the newest edition. (We have school family portraits coming up in July so that will be perfect).

So the only thing I need to do to finish it off so I can give it to her today is to pick up some of the rings from the newsagents - I only had the one.

Thanks for looking.
