Just had my weigh in at "STARS" and I'm 1 kilo lighter...........how cool is that.
I actually gained weight last week so it was nice to get back on target. As I am the president of the club I decided to set a new challenge tonight.
Everyone had to roll the dice to decide which challenge would apply to them.
If you rolled a 1 = eat 1 tub of youghurt per day
2 =2pieces of fruit a day
3=3 x 20 minute walks per week
4=4 vegies per day
5=park the car that little further away and walk instead of driving
6=6 glasses of water.
It was such a great idea and really got all the girlies talking. I was hoping to roll a 1, but instead I rolled a 6 - so its 6 glasses of water per day for me. You know this is the one that I should be doing anyway so I think someone was trying to tell me something............LOL.
So we will all report in next week to see how we get on and we will be running this til the end of the month. Should be interesting to see if any of the different challenges are effective or not.
Maybe you could try one or two of these ideas too if you need a bit of a nudge!!!!!!
