Cuttlebug Challenge

I came across the Cuttlebug Challenge Blog and decided to join in the fun.

I created a cupcake using a chipboard cupcake shape. I covered the bottom with some green paper which I embossed using the “Distress Stripes” folder, I also used this folder to emboss the frame of the card using some tan card stock.

For the cherry – I used red glossy cardstock and popped it through the Cuttlebug too using “Spots & Dots” embossing folder.

Now for the cupcake icing I used some “texture paste” this is yummy stuff – well you can’t eat it but it looks yummy!!!!!! I just used a spatula and iced it like icing a cake – voila!!!! I then added some beads to the icing which I just pressed into the wet mixture.

For the rest of the card I turned it into a Blackboard type look – and wrote the menu on the board. I also added tan brads to each corner.

That’s it.

Thanks for looking
