I'd like you to meet my new friend.....................the good old hot water bottle..........LOL.
Last Sunday I pulled something in my lower back which has been giving me grief this week so I had to call on the good old hot water bottle.
Don't ya just love the funky cover? Cool!!! Well "hot" actually...........LOL.
I have been to see an osteopath and am going again tomorrow..............it's going to take a while me thinks but at least I'm getting help.
Hence me not being around here much lately - I have to try and keep moving and doing different things for no longer than an hour at a time.
Hoping to get some creating done today or over the weekend.

It's a real nuisance actually. I was just starting to get places with my new orthotics.........now i just have to be patient until this settles down.

got to love the old hot water bottle. I pulled mine out this winter and brought blaine 1, his has a cover and he loves it... He has 1 tonight actually. gunna have to find a cover for mine I think....
