More scraps - I have had these little scraps in a little plastic bag just waiting to be used.
They are from My Minds Eye and October Afternoon - just added some little Martha Stewart punched butterflies, black buttons, dymo label and some doodling.
Thanks for looking.
Hope you're having a great day.

Lucy's Card Sketch Day 2
Here we are at day 2 of Lucy's challenge.
Once again - I have been doing my fave thing - using up scraps.
Little bit of red/white elasticised gingham trim, October Afternoon patterned papers and the good old dymo label. Heart Punch is by Stampin Up and doodled bits and pieces.
Hope you're having a great weekend.

Card Patterns Sketch 146
I have to say I've been having fun just creating away today.
I thought I'd enjoy the holiday break by joining in some on line challenges.
This card was created for Card Patterns Sketch challenge no. 146
I have used patterned papers by Creative Imaginations "Loolah" which I just love, the stamp is by "A Muse Art Stamps" cute little teddy he is and then I've added some hand doodling around the circles and wrote "welcome little one", the baby photo is actually from a sticker sheet I picked up in the $2 shop.

I used the same torn concept as I did on my original layout a few years ago now of my gorgeous little Sudanese friend Stephen.
I just love this layout - he was such a gorgeous little bubba!!!!!

Just adding: I made the Super 6 for this sketch - have to say I was a little excited about that!!!! Yay!!!!

BUY, SWAP AND SELL
Is there something you have always wanted in the world of scrapping and just can't find? Or is there something you would like to swap?
Well I am going to start the ball rolling. I REALLY, TRULY WANT this paper
It's by Cosmo Cricket, Odds and Ends "Remnant".
Does anyone have a sheet or 2 in their stash that they are willing to part with? What would you like in return for me to swap with you? Or maybe I could buy them from you.
If you can help, leave me a comment and I will see what we can come up with.
Lots of luv

WORLD CARD MAKING DAY
Yes - that's right!!! Today is World Card Making Day. All over the world card makers will be creating away - in groups, with friends or even on your own. It doesn't matter - just go crazy and make cards. Perhaps you could make a start on your Christmas card (note to self - start Christmas cards.....LOL).
So to help celebrate I am giving away some of my daisies. The winner will get to choose a colour combo of their own.
So I dug up some of my old sketches (and very sketchy they are too..........LOL).
You can interpret these as you like - you may turn them sideways and you can add whatever you like.
Have fun and leave me a comment to this post with a link to your creation or drop me an email with a photo that I can share with everyone. Deadline will be Saturday 8th October.
I hope you all have a great weekend.

I am still here - in case you were wondering............LOL!!!!
Yes - I'm still here.
I have just been one busy little black duck with either working, organizing kids or just day to day things and I'm sure you can all relate to that.
Went to see this film last week
..............and boy did I love it!!!!! I cried, and cried and cried to the point where my shirt was all wet from the tears rolling down my face. It was such a beautiful and touching story. If you get a chance you have to go and see it. (Although, having said that - I was amazed when I walked out of the cinema. I asked a lady beside me if she liked it - I also asked her if she cried - she gave me this crazy look and said "no - I didn't cry at all!!! Did you cry?" I went on to tell her that my shirt was all wet and that I had run out of tissues. But then I do cry very easily).
What else has been going on. I think I told you a little while ago that we bought ourselves a little old caravan. Well we are in the process of doing it up a little in readiness for our maiden voyage. The kids are getting so excited.
Sat up and watched the Brownlow last night - I love to see all of the fashions. There certainly were some lovely gowns. Very pleased to see Dane Swan win - very deserving winner. As my mob are all Collingwood it's getting a little tense in our household. Looking forward to a good game this weekend hopefully. We usually go on our little holiday to Geelong - me thinks we shall have to wait to see how things pan out............LOL!!!!!
Mark you diaries for "From Picture 2 Page" show comig up in mid October.
