I was going back over some of my fave projects and came across this OTP that I completed at Scrapz Biz going back to March. You know when you're really proud of yourself for doing something.........well this is one of them.
We had to create a framed work of art and include a shape of some sort - like a heart - I chose an apple of course!!!!! I hand drew the apple on to thick cardboard, cut it out and then went ahead and used a lot of red buttons to cover the apple. I was really pleased how it turned out.
I used Sassafrass Lass and October Afternoon pp's, mixed alphas, tickets and one of my fave photos of Sean and the kids taken outside Myer Windows at Christmas a couple of years ago.

Oh Sandie! So glad you're back. Have missed your cheery company in blog land :) Congrats on the new job - a perfect fit for a lovely, talented, friendly lass like yourself. New jobs all round in the Downey family! Hope everyone is enjoying them. Just have to say, that this framed pic is my absolute fave of all your creations.....ever. It is just AWESOME! Sorry I havne't been for a visit to your blog - in fact I haven't been to anyone's really. Feel terrible but you know how life changes and other things take over.
