Have you been wondering where I've been?
I've been here all the time - just having a little break from things trying to get myself right.
I am still having the ongoing problems with my feet/shins/knees - I changed to another physio and have found out a few problems - but they all can be fixed - it's just going to take some time and some hard work. So that is good.
I also found out about a month ago that I now have Diabetes 2 - I have been on the borderline for a couple of years - but now it's the real thing. Just a few diet changes and exercise - all that kind of stuff.
On a sad note - my grandmother (dad's mum) passed away last friday. She turned 95 years old last month - she was pretty fit up til the last couple of months which is totally amazing.
We had her send off today which was really nice and I got to catch up with lots of relatives that I hadn't seen for about 15 - 20 years. Amazing.
I have attached a layout I did about 3 or 4 years ago. This is my grandma and her twin brother. Great photo. Must get some more photos out to scrap.
So for now - I shall be popping in a little more regularly I hope - life is busy and I'm trying to prioritise things a little better.
I hope all is well in your part of the world!!!!!!
Luv Sandie

What a gorgeous LO Sandie..those older photos just take the cake, don't they! It is a sad time, but your grandma must have had lots of wonderful memories.
Really hope you begin to feel better soon Sandie, with your feet & also the Diabetes too. My work friend no longer needs tablets for his diabetes, he has changed his diet & feels all the better for it.
Lots of good wishes going your way. xxx
