Here is one of the challenges I did over the weekend over at 123 Challenge.....wasn't overly happy with the way I put this one together but thought, hey, just put it in anyway.
I handmade the hearts from chipboard, painted them in acrylic and then a couple of coats of H2O's then beads, gems, sequins, buttons and glitter with dimensional magic.
